No. Each person is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you have a referral link, share it with others rather than creating extra accounts yourself.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your registered email address. If an account exists with that email, you will receive a password reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If the issue persists, contact our support team directly.
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to the "Profile" section in the sidebar, and update your details under "Update Profile". You can change your name, phone number, and country. Email changes require contacting support for security verification.
The minimum deposit is $100. However, you should note that each investment plan has its own minimum — the Starter Auto plan requires a minimum of $500 to activate. We recommend starting at the plan minimum to activate your investment immediately upon deposit confirmation.

Deposits are typically confirmed within 30 minutes to a few hours after you submit the payment notification. Our team manually verifies each transaction on the blockchain. Once confirmed, your balance is credited and your investment plan is activated immediately.
Sending the wrong cryptocurrency to a wallet address typically results in a permanent loss of funds. This is a blockchain-level issue that cannot be reversed by CopyVestPro or anyone else. Always double-check the wallet address and the selected network before making any transfer. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
Yes. You can make multiple deposits at any time. Each deposit activates a separate investment under your chosen plan. There is no cap on the total amount you can deposit, though individual plans have their own minimum and maximum ranges.
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the "Withdraw" section. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, select your preferred cryptocurrency and network, and provide your wallet address. Submit the request and our team will process it within 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. You can only withdraw funds that are available in your balance — funds locked in active investments cannot be withdrawn until the plan contract period ends.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of submission. In most cases they are completed within a few hours during business hours. Once processed by our team, the blockchain transaction may take additional time depending on network congestion.
CopyVestPro does not charge withdrawal fees. You will receive the exact amount you requested. However, standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply and are covered separately by the network. These are typically very small and do not affect the amount we send you.

Profits are accrued monthly and credited directly to your available balance. You can see your next accrual date in the "My Investments" section of your dashboard. Once credited, profits are immediately withdrawable — there is no additional lock-up period on earned returns.
Active investments cannot be changed mid-contract. However, you can make a new deposit under a different plan — you can run multiple active investments simultaneously on different plans. When your current contract expires, your principal is returned to your balance and you can reinvest on any plan of your choice.
When your investment contract expires, your original principal is automatically returned to your available balance along with any final profit accrual. You can then withdraw it, reinvest in the same plan, or move to a different plan — entirely your choice.
Your account is protected with industry-standard security measures including bcrypt-encrypted passwords, JWT token authentication with expiry, and HTTPS encryption on all connections. We never store raw passwords or sensitive payment data on our servers.
Change your password immediately via your Profile settings, then contact our support team at the earliest opportunity. We can help lock your account, review recent activity, and assist with any security concerns. Never share your login credentials with anyone — CopyVestPro staff will never ask for your password.
We use enterprise-grade security infrastructure including DDoS protection, encrypted databases, and regular security audits. While no system is 100% immune, we maintain the same security standards as major financial institutions. Investor funds are held in cold storage wallets that are not connected to the internet.
Every registered investor gets a unique referral code and link. When someone registers using your link and makes their first investment, you earn a 5% bonus on their invested amount, credited directly to your available balance.
There is no cap on how many people you can refer or how much you can earn from referrals.
Referral bonuses are credited to your balance as soon as your referred user's first deposit is confirmed and approved by our team. This typically happens within 24 hours of the referred user completing their deposit.
No. Self-referrals using multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any earned referral bonuses. Our system detects patterns consistent with self-referral abuse.
